Here's a link if anyone is interested, and wants to spend a few minutes checking out some pics that I just finished uploading of our 5th trip to the San Juan Mountains, around Ouray, CO. No real wheeling pictures, too busy enjoying the scenery. Besides the trails aren't really challenging. The link will be good for only 30 days.... http://www.kodakgallery.com/gallery/cre ... :551792359 ... check out the YJ towards the end. He hydro locked and was pulled out with a chain wrapped around his flimsy bumperette. I had to loan him the tools to pull his plugs so he could crank the engine over and eventually got it started. His buddy in the JK Rubicon thought it best to just plow his way through. Both of them were nuts. Enjoy (for you photo buffs out there, the pics were taken with a Nikon D80 and a Nikkor 18~200mm VR zoom lens) |

Thanks and you're welcome!! Yeah, it is a pretty state from the front range going west. You can give the eastern part back to Kansas... LOL Oh... and good luck in the Navy!! I spent 24 years in the Air Force in aircraft maintenance (1966~1990). The retirement check that comes every month is something to look forward to and made it all worth while..... |

Thank you both for your comments!! We never tire of the area. That was our 5th trip in 8 years. We'll be going back again next year, this time in July when all the wild flowers will be in bloom everywhere. |
