This is my KJ parked in between a TJ LWB and a JK. The TJ looked to have a little lift to it and the JK had to of been running 33's. Maybe 35's on a small lift? Anyway, I was the tallest out of the 3. Even better, all the Jeeps were black!!!!!!

and i'm running the $160 daystar spacer lift too  the JK had to of had atleast a leveling kit because those tires are bigger than a 33". They're Nitto Terra Grapplers. i STILL have people star at me when im driving through town, because most of the people here where i live have never seen a lifted liberty. i love driving through the car dealerships and teasing the salesmen. when i go to the Jeep dealership to get my oil changed, the salesmen always stare at my jeep. i was there a couple weeks ago and one of them said that's the best sounding liberty in town. i've never seen a lifted liberty. GOSH! if i traded in my KJ to buy a JK they'd go to town trying to sell my KJ. i'd say they would price it at atleast $18,000.

He's on 33's you said, so he will have more clearance. At a bare minimum he'll have more clearance at the rear diff than you would. And no, your 05 liberty wouldn't be for sale for 18K. Lifts/ loud mufflers decrease value not increase it to a dealer. Love my liberty, but offroad either of those two would take mine as long as the differentials are equally spec'ed

What the crap? The guy above me was talking about the TJ not the JK. I know that JK would. The dealership where I bought my Jeep from always jack their prices up. I was throwing a number out there as well...

If I remember right in 2005 the Liberty had more ground clearance than a Wrangler. Both stock of course. Plus my memory isn't exactly the best in the world. :D

Here's my Jeep parked against a lifted XK (Commander)
Still taller and a lot more ground clearance  I love what the owner has done to the Commander though!
