What? That's Denver.. What are you guys talking about??

.....

Ok, I couldn't wait for snow in Denver so I drove up to Conifer to find the snow. Location is at about 9000 ft. Amaizing the difference isn't it. It's only 40 minutes outside of Denver.

About 20 years ago we use to head out to Conifer from Lowry on weekends. Can't remember exactly, but there was a road following a creek and alongside were a bunch of small cabins. There was a bar/restaurant also. Spend the day climbing/rapelling and then hang out at the bar and crash at someones cabin. Always had some local band. One girl could sing the hell out of Joplin.....Good Times down there! :D

Are you able to back drag snow with that set up or just push it?

It can not back drag. It definitely has its limitations, and is not a full blown plow. But at 114lbs, it has to be limited.

I think it's really good for what it is, but I would not recommend it for serious plowing. The aluminum blade is the weak point, and I have already tweaked it a bit. It pushes a lot of snow but I have to remember not to overwork it. (I tweaked it by hitting a stump in an area I KNEW I should not push in, my mistake)

Where did you get the front hitch/receiver from? I've been looking for a front mount hitch/receiver for my 2007 and I can't find one.

Give a part number if possible...or a link to where you got it.

Thanks a lot.

Clark

Personally I'd have more fun driving through it than plowing it :D
