I think it is just the reflection.. The brake light in the tail lights are on the top above the turn signal...
I don't think there is a bulb in the bottom red reflector of the tail lights..

I'm heading up to Marion on Saturday night. I'd be up for Quaker steak and lube. I'll probably be fed before I get there, but I'd be more than happy to drain somebody's beer tap.

Those rims hold a TPMS valve stem? I am up in NoVA but would make the beach run if the price was right! Or wait until spring and I'll bring the yak and we can dosome paddling too.
BTW, For the original poster. The 05 Limited 17's come with TPMS so if you change rims you might want to make sure you can move those. I hear they don't fit on the Soft 8's
