This is the only white stuff I have seen this year... Cotton!

Gotta love driving thru West Texas!

And yes. The wind does blow hard enough to make the road signs do that from time to time. I know from experience. I lived there for 29 years!

Neatus, what are the snow bricks for?

We've got snow here too, not that much left....lately it's been RAINING, so now we have crusty snow a few inches deep. Most of the parking lots in town are very much like skating rinks because it's down to -10 C or so again...I'm noticing a lot more vehicles running studs this winter....

I'm waiting for this cold/mild/cold nonsense to quit so we can have some real winter.

That is how we block the wind from tearing our tents apart and it helps make the snow drifts drift a little bit away from our tents.

Here is when the camp was set up. Oh and nope, no Libbys, just a ton of lifted Fords, a Land Rover and a Toyota pickup

i would love to have shot that deer. however the neighbors would have probably been pretty pissed. and i could see myself dragging it behind the jeep threw someones yard, where ever it fell. we are supposed to get more snow this week. hooray! yeah i keep the tow ropes in the back this time of the year. KJTAZ, i used to go snow drifting in the parking lot at RedRocks. "second level" i lived right off bowles and 470 so it was like a 10 minute drive. i miss colorado. if i stike it rich im getting a second home up in bailey or conifer. good pics above.
