I've kept the 245/75/16s on and I really haven't had much rubbing except on full lock, but I had that with the lift anyways.

I had taken the lift off because of fuel efficiency, but I'm getting a daily driver and want to put a lift on, but I'm definetly not going with the Rusty's spacer kit that I had on before. I have Rancho shocks on right now and I have some Daystar upper strut plates. I want to get some OME springs. But I don't know the difference between HD and MD. I read a thread that said the HD would give more lift, but I forgot how much lift it was. I'm kind of doing a Frankenlift without the Daystar spacers. Will this work? How much total lift should I get?

for what you want go with medium duty springs and you should get 2.00 to 2.25 inches with the Daystar plates etc

I talked to Heather from All J's about what I want to do and I told her that I want a stiff ride and she said I should go with the HD. I want to put the .75" poly spacer from Rusty's and the HD springs.

Does anybody know where I can get OME HD springs besides All J, I just want to shop around to see where I can find the best price. Rusty's only lists the MD and LD for the front.

If you want "STIFF" then HDs will be it. I have had the HDs on for several thousand miles now and love them but I also have the ARB bumper hanging out there, so that takes some of the roughness away. MOST people think that the HDs are too stiff so that is why I suggested the Mediums. ALL Js is the best place to deal I think its where I bought mine.

But in the end if I did not have an ARB I would still have the HDs by the way  And I do drive mine, over 1800 miles in past 16 days and never left Ohio!

Thanks for the advice tommudd. I think I'm going with the HD for sure.

Ok. So I finally know what I'm doing. I got some CRD springs (about same spring rate as OME HD), and I have the Rusty's 0.75" spacer and the same thing but 1". I'm going to put in the CRD springs and use both spacers(top and bottom) using Daystar strut plates. I was also thinking of putting in extra isolators in the spring(one upside down to match the uneven side where the spring sits and then it'll be flat). I am going to put the CRD springs in the back with a 2.5" spacer I have from my spacer kit.

Now the decision to be made that I want advice on is.....I want 265/75/16 and I don't know whether to keep the stock wheels and put spidertrax spacers on or get cragar 16x8 wheels. Would the wheels stick out more with the spacers or wheels? what are the long term effects of the spacers?
