Looks like 2 extra just like me. How many miles on the lift? How far apart are the measurements front to back anyway? Maybe it will settle or maybe it is just my bad eyes making the front seem higher.

I was kinda cheating by using that photo, it was actually taken about 10 min. after lifting it................. Those HD's are nice and tall at first until they settle in. Now with the ARB/Winch, she's setting a little taller in the rear. KJ 2006 swapped his gasoline HD's for the CRD HD's and regained back his height. The Franky II is 2.5 inches of lift, and I'd say that KJ 2006 has a solid 3" lift with the extra isolator and OME CRD coils. We'll see how his suspension holds up................. :D

holding up great so far :D have about 1500 miles on it and i've wheeled the crap out of it several times. no sagging and still outstanding manors.

I am running the same lift as you and netted 4" after settle. I don't have that behemoth ARB though, just the smaller steel Fabtech.

According to All-J's, that's impossible. They say that all Frankys with the HD's net about 2.5 when it's all said and done. Even with the ARB and Winch, the HD coils only sag about 3/4 of an inch (which gives you the 2.5" of lift). Now when you start adding taller tires, the vehicle may set taller but the lift is still the same. Maybe we’ll see you at the LOST Safari and we can compare. Although, I hear that a stock KJ can do most of the scheduled trails in Ouray, and if the weather is good, maybe 2WD is all you need.

Not impossible whatsoever. I have 4" more after my lift and that is from center of hub to bottom of fender. Don't know what to tell you. So unless mine is going to settle more, even after wheeling it really hard and having almost 15,000 miles on it, it is not going to settle below 4"s. I have no desire to head to Ouray but if you are ever out this way then we can compare all you like.

i had about 4 inches of lift out of my frankenlift when just installed.. then it settled to about 3.5 which is what it's at now that was from the hub to flare

now, when i put on the ARB with the HD coils it sagged about 1/2-3/4 inch like diesel said his did. got that back though

"KJ's ALL VARY in the ride height department. Some have saggy springs, some have stiffer springs. This is why you get KJ's sitting at all different ride heights from the factory. If you add a Daystar or other spacer lift, you are dependent on the condition of the factory springs. We have had KJ's come into the shop with such soft springs that they got over 4" of lift when lifted with a new front strut set. They didn't really get 4", they are just 2.5" over stock, and they were sagging 1.5" below stock. And that 2.5" over stock is about the most mysterious actual measurement I have ever seen.
Example: Frankenlift. It is called a 2.5" lift. That's pretty close to what it measures. If you get a little less or a little more, that would depend on where your stock KJ sat stock. From the factory, there are about 15 different factory front KJ springs to choose from. They are all ordered by VIN. Confusing to say the least. All J has a pretty good handle on which springs will stiffen up the KJ and which ones are too soft. But in the long run, if you are going to lift the KJ compare yours to another stock KJ to see where you sit. If your KJ is up where it should be, than a spacer lift will work for you. A cheaper way to go. If your KJ is a low rider from saggy springs, and sits way low, or bottoms out a lot stock, then don't do a spacer lift, go for the full spring lift." http://www.boulderbars.com/frankenlift_faq.htm

I was at 18 1/4" hub to flare front and rear before now I am 22 1/4" rear and 22 1/2" front. That is 4" of lift for me, after it settled, and including those extra rear isos because of the rear sag. So yes depending on where mine sat before, according to whatever Jeep set the 2005 KJs at, is the difference. I had 33,000 miles on the jeep when I lifted it so I am not sure how much if any mine had sagged compare to when I drove it off the dealer lot.

I went out and measured mine (center of hub to flare), not exactly sure, but it looked about 21" in the front and 22" in the rear.

Heck, I got 3" of lift with the rustys coils. Had them in the front suspension for two years now and still have the exact same lift.

If they ever sag I may use my OME med coils and put a spacer in them to make a smaller franken lift.

ohh, and our Inferno Red WK looks almost like the kj's inferno red. It may be just a tad lighter though.

Nice lookin KJ!! With the skyjacker 2.5" coil over and the 265/75/R16s (31.6) I think I am at around 4" over stock. Even with the ARB on the front i have very little if any sag thanks to JBA's UCAs.

Interesting little topic on how high a lift will take you. I don't have the Frankenlift but do sit right now at 22 1/4 plus a little, but not quite 22 1/2  I don't do little marks
As far as anyone saying I got 3 inches/ 4 inches it really doesn't matter due to several things, 1.) even if you took two brand new Libertys and measured them there would be some difference due to what options/ package they came with and what springs they used. One with 30,000 miles may have settled more than one with 50,000 depending on how it was used, i.e. loads hauled , terrian etc. and what springs came on it
I have installed a few lifts now and none of them are the same ( heighth wise) from what I have seen there can be a 1/4 to 3/4 difference easy, no matter the lift, we are still using springs and isolaters that will depending on how it was put together have some difference in the final outcome.
I never measured mine before I lifted it cause it didn't matter as I knew there were so many differences involved. Anyone that says I got 3, I got 4 etc, well maybe they did but in the end maybe they did and maybe they didn't you know, depending on their starting point.
And we will not even get into springs that only provide lift, while not providing upgraded handeling/ load bearing
Oh and JBA UCAs do nothing as far as heighth goes, not sure how that came in there :?

Not to get off topic but 04jeepkj your looking a little low,I'm running the pre-softride SkyJacker coil lift(4th kit make) and 265/75's(a measured 31.9" tall) with front ARB,rear RL bumber, and a buttload of armor(sitting at 5500lbs) I I appear a little taller then you, looking at the space bewteen the flares and top of the wheels.
