In another thread we determined his build date was May 20, 2006 at 7:00PM. May 20 was the day the last CRD Liberty rolled off the assembly line per the DC press release last month.

what a somber feeling just came over me after hearing that...truly a revolutionary vehicle that has been ended due to badgering idiots not knowing what the pros of TODAY's diesel are...they just keep thinking of the old 80s MB diesels that smoked and smelled...o well..one day they'll see who was stepping in the right direction...Congrats if it is the last one...you got a piece of nostalgia

Oh! Sorry I missed that. Haven't had time to keep track of everything on the board recently.

Congrats on getting the last CRD! It's sad that this great engine probably won't be available again on our shores, but it's cool that you have the last one. I'll never get rid of my CRD KJ. This is a great truck.
