Here is some pics of my loaded KJ, loaded with stuff, the pics are just before leaving San Diego, CA on my to Chesapeake VA. It is loaded with 1000lbs with gas. It weighed in at the weigh sttionat 5220lbs, Pre Weight was 4220(low in gas).

Here's the pics:

Had some issues with rubbing as you can imagine.

The drive was not all that bad once We stopped going up all the mountains, the KJ didn't like that. The speed limit most the way 75 and the KJ struggled with that. I averaged 15.3 mpg for 2896 miles.

This is the second time making the trip rom coast to coast in this KJ, and I would not hesitate to do it again in the KJ if I had to.

Jeez, man! Look at all the gear up top. I'm sure that wind resistance didn't help your gas mileage!

Glad everything worked out fine.

Wow, thats crazy! I bet if you had the ome HD coils, it wouldnt of sagged like that. Smaller tires would help with the hills.

I don't think that fuel mileage is that bad considering the load you were hauling. What's that blue thinkg sticking up next to the driver's seat?

Yeah, then you could have done 90 up the hills, but would have to stop at a dealer every 1000 miles to get a recall done.

Good one...

Its crazy how much the front is sagging also. I just noticed that you have the rustys lift, but it looks like a stock libby in the front. 1k pounds is right at the max cargo for the libby though, so its doing purty good.

Just before leaving to come home from vacation. And yes, I also had 2 kids in the back, so the seats weren't folded down. Not sure how much it weighed, but it handled a lot differently than it normally does.
