well i got almost all of it for a darn good deal from what ive seen elsewhere.
ARB
(Shipped)- $612 brand new no scrathes

Warn M8000 w/ roller fairlead 30' 10000lb towstrap and tow hook - 499.99 shipped (4wheelparts)

Warn SDB-210 dual beam- 360

I didnt do it myself it was installed at a local shop, it took them 5 hours - 275.00 for the winch and bumper. i put the lights on myself, and if any of you are goin for this set up, install the lights on the bar before putting in winch, trust me on this one.

and skids are next on my list.

I dont know if you got it from 4wheelparts, but they are selling the ARB for $969 +$90 for shipping.

The ARB is the nicest aftermarket bumper availible. It's definately the real deal.

no strangely enough i ran across it on an ebay site a guy had from georgia, and the biggest discount was the shipping, i only paid 45 bucks freight from washington state to my door. there was some special deal goin on.

How much sag? What type of struts/springs up front?

there is a pretty good bit of sag in the front end. i bottom out pretty easily, high and low speed. Ive got stock everything up front, aside from a strut spacer. im in the process of switching to CRD spring and rancho struts up front to take the weight
