Some other rigs (with more clearance and bigger tires than mine) failed to make it up, and others made it with a lot of difficulty. My KJ just walked right up. |

Awesome Troy......way to show those fools that a KJ can and will do as tough an obstacle as most other 4x4's. Where is that at? |

There's a trail in American Fork Canyon (south of SLC, UT) from Tibble Fork Reservoir to Mineral Basin (which happens to be the back side of a major ski resort). This particular obstacle has a very easy bypass, and most people just ignore it and go around. I've been up this trail a few times before and always assumed that I couldn't make it. Then one of the guys we were with (classic Scout, about 300" of lift and huge tires) went up, and I thought, "Huh. I bet I could to that." |
