Wow, another good one.

I actually bought one of those inclinometers (still got to install it). I'm curios what the actual factory specs are for tipover angles. The reason I ask is to have a base point or so. Some tippy, wet you pants moments, don't look as bad when you get out, where as others feel ok but everyone outside is screaming to stop....pretty much what I had earlier in the week.

Judging by those skinny street tires, I'm gonna bet it's on the stock suspension. I don't see how a lifted KJ could not tip over at that angle.

Perhaps the angle isn't that bad. The camera could have been tilted a little.

Yea, I think it's tilted a little. If you straighten out the trees it's not so bad. (the again trees do some crazy things so I could be wrong)

Still a cool pic though.

There's really not much to tell from the pic. Like I said trees do some funny things. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if it was straight in the original, just trying to throw it out there

Yeah, you may be right..
I think the threshold for tipover is about 30-35 degrees depending on tires? I thought that's what I heard at camp jeep.
Posted pic is like 40-45 right there..

How do you know if it didn't tip over? Perhaps this was taken AS it was tipping over.
I can see a bush above the KJ and it is tilted.

Check out the link in the first post. A comment was made about it towards the end of the original post. The author stated that they didn't tip, but may have needed a change of shorts.

EDIT: Quote "Here's the Libby which we called "Tippy" for the rest of the trip. They stayed upright somehow but he and his wife were pale as ghosts when they got out."
