How thick is that tubing? Is it solid or hollow? What did you pay for them? Sorry for all the questions. Just like them that’s all. |

Quote: How thick is that tubing? - Not sure, but they are think enough Quote: Is it solid or hollow? - Hollow on the insides, but my bro accidentally hit them with a hammer while they were on and nothing happened... Quote: What did you pay for them? - $72 total, and i found a cheaper and nicer pair with complete contours that follow the taillight, but my i-net stopped working (still recovering from the icestorm here in OKLAHOMA) and i lost that item. They are from e-Bay just to let you know... he raised the price!!! Quote: Sorry for all the questions. Just like them that’s all.
- Don't be sorry, we are all here to either ask or respond to questions! |

no drilling at all... just take out the two screws on the inside of the light and slide the guards over the taillights... that tab on the outside of the housing sits inbetween the light and the body (it has very nice and thick protective pads to keep from scratching the paint). at first i was skeptical about the outter tab, but after my brother hit it with the hammer, i think it will do its job! |

it is attached with two screws on the inside of the door, and the tab is held inplace by being wedged inbetween the taillight and the body. |

Slow-poke... http://www.lostjeeps.com/forum/phpBB3/vie ... 6&start=45 LOL Riptrick is right... Very solid attachment!!! Genuine Steel is out of business but Jack Minkol has them in stock. Go to his E-bay Store and get yourself a set. You will NOT be disappointed!!! |

i, however, was stupid and while taking off my old plastic guards, broke part of my tail light and part of the little bead that runs on the edges of the tail light... |
