Great lookin' rails...
Are they line-xd? If so, how much did it cost you?
They kinda look like RL Super Skink Sliders!

Thanks..:D

Yeah I loved the RL Super skinks and that is what I wanted....when I saw these for cheap i had to get them...

I picked them up as is... I have line-x on the jeep but i'm pretty sure the rails are rhinolined... You can't tell the difference because everything is black.. but there is a diffence if you look close... I think they are less shiny too... I guess I'll have to go scrape it all off on some rocks and get them line-xed...

They were made by a lost member. Designed after ORGS rock rails... I think they are made from a 2”X2”X3/16” and 1-5/8” X 0.14” steel pipe. and weigh about 40 lbs each....but do not quote me on that...

They had holes so they could be drilled and tapped through the frame but I had them welded to the frame and to the pinch weld in two places
I guess some people say that is bad... But to each his own...

here is the old kj that they were on...

Tom

I drove up there... yeah I had to get a skid too... It's huge... It sticks down about an inch too far but oh well i'm sure it's more protected...
He helped me put it on at his house because it wouldn't fit in the KJ....

did you get a skid from him too? He was seeing if one fit on mine for someone
Chris

no your rails were still in the garage when I was there, well plus both tranny skids etc. I think if you look you can modify it just a little bit to work and be up a lot closer to where it should be.

Line-X the floor and put in drain plugs.... Yes, sounds like a good idea to me! I'd probably put in some metal piping and run all the wires through and then have it line-xed
