where do they put the weights for balancing? b/c i can't see them on the outside.

cant put weights on the outside of them unless you would use stick ons and they would get torn off

the reason i ask... is at pepboys and hibdon tires plus where i have two plans for rotate and balances, they both told me that they are required to have balances on the front and back of the wheel. i hate pepboys b/c they destroyed my specialized renny wheels with their stupid weight taker offer tool. hibdon's showed me how they do theirs, and they use a very very flexible/soft almost putty knife to take it off.

side note: (got the first at pep's, but they won't acknowledge my plan at one of the stores, and since i am in a different city now, i decided to get one at hibdon b/c there are tons of them!!!)

in bold is what is the main point, sorry i go off on tangent sometimes!

There static balancing and dymamic balancing,you want the dynamic balancing due to being a better way to balance and uses wieghts on both sides of the tires,static balancing wou can place weights on just the inside for better looks but they are not truely balanced.

I like to keep it nice and detailed. On the plastic trim/bumpers/fenders I use a product called Meguiar's Trim Detailer. Works great to not only protect the plastic but also to condition it so it doesn't fade out in the sun. The lighting might make a difference, but this product does darken them up pretty well.
