Parking/turning - nope - they do not get blocked any - probably if you are at an angle you could not see them but that is ok...
Lights on the Fender Flares do also turn on - just when main lights are on.
I will be installing 2 PIAA lights on top of the bumper - not on top top, but right in front of the Winch
I've got all the connectorsready for them - just waiting for the lights to arrive
Those will be installed so I can use the original fogs switch

Install was pretty straight forward but as in any installation you run into glitches...
What we found out:
1. ARB recommends re-using crash cans - we did not
2. Needed to cut a lot more of pass side bumper bracket to be able to mount this particular winch - another winch might be different story.
3. Each side of bumper mounts have 4 bolts that attach the bumper to the frame - at one point we got 7 lined up but could not line up the 8th - so we drilled a bit.
4. that darn bumper is heavy - Started at 37.5 inches from ground to base of fender flare / ended at 36.25 after install
5. I will loose about 40 LBS when synth rope is installed

As for the paint; no powdercoating - it came black coated from Northrige 4x4 and I just had my paint guy clean it up a bit and paint it. If you really look at it, there is a slight difference in color - bumper is yelowish - oh well - that is no big deal. I also had my paint gut to give me all the leftover paint on a spray can for touch up.
Paint job was $ 120.00

I know this part of the story. UPS lost this bumper and Northridge 4x4 sent a second one to the buyer. Then it showed up, but a little nicked up.

They discounted it preety well, and ARB has a pic of one painted just like KJ-BOLs, so he found someone to paint it this way pretty reasonably.

It looks even better in person.
