I just realized that one year ago today I bought my KJ. It's been a good year and the Jeep has made some progress...

Looks a little different from the 1st photo Durango, I really like this photo, it could be on a postcard!

I don't see why not... it really isn't any louder. Just runs better without the muffler.

yea its a diesel so its not too bad, the turbo muffles the sound some, its not like running a straight pipe on gas engine

dont know of the effect of running a strait pipe on a liberty, but my wrangler i strait piped and saw a big improvement. but do keep in mind my wrangler wasn't for the street and not street legal. no cat or muffler.

it's not illegal to straight pipe a diesel.. i had a jetta TDI with turbo back 3.5 inch exhaust.. computer chipped (stage 3) 540 injectors.. changed the engine mounts.. cold air intake.. and it made about 300tq and 170hp and still got 45 mpg :) i miss it... but here in PA diesels do not have to pass emissions. That jeep looks great with those fenders! i cant wait to see the back ones
