I posted these on my local club's website and I don't think anyone can see any difference. Granted it's not much... one extra iso pad but it looks higher in the back to me.

It does appear as if the rear tires have a bit more room. Of course, you could have also had a bunch of winter gear in the back that you took out once the snow started melting...

so thats what one extra isolator does? i will probbaly hit up the dealer tomorrow to get a couple. my back is about 1/2" lower than the front. looks good to me in the after pics!

Nope. Still getting snow, here. Same amount of tools/gear in both pics.

I got them from the dealer. $10.99 each. They're the clean piece at the top of the spring in this pic.

I need to get some of those. My rear is lower than my front and it rubs a bit when I stuff a tire off road. Where can I get my hands on those? Any pics of them before they are installed? I am ashamed to say I am not really sure what a rear isolator is. :oops:

I don't have a pic of the pad but it's the rubber saucer-like pad that sits on top of the coils. If you installed a lift, you'd recognize where it goes the moment you saw it.

Thanks, I know exactly what you are talking about. An extra one of those really evens out the ride height front to rear huh? I never would have guessed that that little pad made that much difference, but I am definitely picking up a pair this week. Thanks a ton!

You will want to ask for a pair of upper rear spring isolators. They mount on top of the rear spring. Good time to install rear bump stops while you've got the rear apart.

I've got the rear bumpstops in already. I used the two hockey pucks method.

Incubus- I would wait to get 1000-2000 miles on the lift and let everything settle before adding them that way you dont add too many, or... not enough.

So you think the front might settle to even out with the rear? I kinda hope it doesn't. I want to keep as much space between my fenders and tires as possible. I know the lift will settle, but I am hoping it is minimal. We'll see I guess. And I priced a pair of the rear isolators today at my local jeep dealer, they want $39 and change for them! I think I will wait. :evil:

incubus- i have the frankenlift as well.. and i added an extra upper rear isolator to both sides in the rear and my front is still an inch higher than my back end.

Yeah, I am almost positive I want to ad some rear isolators, but I don't really want to pay $40 for them. Any idea where I can get them for cheaper?
