Sweet, that kj is going to look nice with the lift you are getting. Can't wait to see the final product. Where is that at down there anyway? Looks like a pretty cool trail.

Near Mack's canyon. Basically the second road up to Mt. Charleston, head towards the ski area and at about 6 miles up turn right on gravel road, down that about.... .3 and take that all the way up. Not sure how far it goes though.

We have learned that we are good at caches in the desert and in the mountains but when it comes to urban ones, we suck as we just cant find them and hate being around that many people, lol

x2,

Love the KJ and the color too! Man I wish there was some caches in this area that were hidden in areas like that. Looks like a blast to get too!

The KJ is going to look nice with a new lift, heck it looks good already. Glad to see there are some mountains with trees out there! I was wondering how much mountain wheeling there would be.....................

most of our trail caches seem to be walking trails in parks or on the Appalachian Trial. No Jeep trails for caches yet for us. :(

It was a lot of fun that is for sure. I even got a bit of an injury while out there. Just after the last pic I turned quickly, like a boob, and low and behold there was a broken branch at temple height. Yeah, it hurt and surprisingly did not bleed. I missed one of my blood vessels by about 1/8" thank gawd! That would have made for an interesting trip all around.

The Appalachian Trail I hear is gorgeous. Wife and I have talked about hitting it sometime. Hell in college I had a group of 8 that were going to hike it one year, end to end. Then one of the guys passed away and the trip just fell apart.

You are going to have to show me around a bit once I get moved out there. Looks like a nice location to take the wife to.

Sure thing. I love this area and not too far from it my wife said wow what a great spot to camp! So the next time we might do that..plus there are a few nighttime caches nearby too. Have yet to do one of those.

I hope you have skid plates. I'm pretty sure my Jeep would have scraped in at least two spots on this section of road before I got my lift(s).

I hope you're entering this one into the Rig of the Month contest. I'd vote for it. Gonna go look right after I post this.

Nice trail. I love that color. Wish I could have found one with that. Nice looking dog... and the wife ain't bad, neither. Wait, is there even a JEEP in this picture?!?! ;) :D

Skids, just the engine. I do scrape once in awhile...actually that day probably around 10 times :(

I was thinking about posting it in ROTM but missed this months cut off. Next month I might...we will see, I might have something more interesting once I have the lift on. (Still no word on if it was shipped :(

I think there is a Jeep there...wait....yeah...I think so. I know there is a definite 4 by there. LOL.

As for the Wife, yeah she is a keeper. :)
