So i come home from work today and look whats sitting by my front door!
Couple quick pics of the jeep.
Will defiantly post more pics once they get mounted. I am also waiting on a spare tire cover, exhaust tip, and the center caps. Quadratec only shipped out the wheels not the rest of the order i don't know why. |

man those are going to look awesome! I love the renegade models that are black, the silver trim makes it look even better and I think it will blend well with the chrome center caps on the cragars. Are those real beadlocks or simulated? |

What size and BS? If they are the 16x8(3.75" BS) size you'll need major trimming, even with 3"+ of lift.I had those same rims, loved them but with that size and BS where a total pain, okay for just street driving though.Just thought I would pass on my experiance with them,I wish they weren't on back order when I got my 35" tires, that "fake" beadlock actually makes that outer bead really strong, very good for rock crawling, other wise I would have gotten them again. |

They are 16x7 with 4 in bs,I'm going to pund the pinchwelds and do a slight clevis lift and they arnt real bedlocks there's a big sticker on the inside of the rim that says "street locks only for appearence" haha but I think its will turn out good. Next on the list is the flowmaster offroad muffler. Wow Jeep realy does mean Just Empty Every Pocket. |

You shouldn't have to much problems then with the 4" BS.They do look killer even though they are "fake".

Was the hat free with your order or did you buy it? Not that I plan to spend that much to get a free hat. |

Not that I plan to spend that much to get a free hat. No I didn't buy it and funny thing is that all I ordered from summit were the lugnuts the wheels came from quadratec. I think the whole order from summit was only 30 dollars. |

When I had my Soft 8's and new tires mounted I forgot to tell the guy to add the weights on the inside. So I just painted them black. Can't see them at all! I think it's better anyway at least if I loose one I'll be able to tell. Terry |

Make sure they dont use an impact on those new lugs if you like the finish on them. It will chip it right off. Rims should look sweet. |

I have checked at both pepboys and hibdon's and they have to put weights on both the inside and outside. I wish they could do my weights on the inside b/c now my wheels are all sratched up. oh well... eventually i will paint them i guess! |

When I got my wheels from jcwhitney they said they were balanced. They weren't, so I had to pay to have the alignment guys balance them again. So they had weights in the back from jcwhitney and weights in the front from my alignment guys. They used the stick on kind too instead of the kind that pinch on. So I had to paint mine in the end anyway. Now I don't notice them until I wash my jeep. |

Those fake beadlocks you must put all the weights on the inside, you can not put any on the outer face due to the extra outer ring. All the good balancers out there today have many modes to balance tires, the 2 most popular ones is "dynamic" and "static".Dynamic balancing uses wieghts on both sides of the rims, the best way to balance a tire.Static balancing places the weights on the inside of the rim,not the best balance but if you keep your speeds down you'll be fine. |

I am starting to get a little shimmy in the wheel when I hit 70+, think I might have to get the balancing checked. |
