Post subject:  New Wheels and Tires...

Finally got the new wheels and tires on... I have some rubbing to contend with in the near future but it looks SOOOOOO much better.

Soft 8's 16x7 4" BS

You could easily fit 33's", but that wouldn't be a good idea, with the aluminum axle and all...

Are you going to put the fender lining back on.

No fender liners going back on... and the rear flares are going bye-bye as soon as I get off my lazy but and build a replacement. :roll:

push those tires out a bit to fill your wider fender flares and eliminate any inside rubbing. Plus a wider stance just looks more cool! 8)

All you will do is add more rubbing by installing spacers on rims with 4" of BS.

The only time you'd use spacers on a 2.5" lifted KJ is for keeping the stock wheels with larger 30-32" tires. It'll prevent rubbing on the swaybar, front of the frame in front of the upper a-arms, and the a-arms themselves.

the lift and tires make a world of a difference!!!! looks awesome. i hope to see some wheeling pictures soon :) def. one of the most radical jeeps on here (getting up there with the SFA's)
