It will fade after time and it will chip in the front of the vehicle and the front of the rear flares. If the surface is not preped right it will peel also.

Do you have a sport or a limited? The sport trim/flares/bumbers are that textured plastic that is almost impossible to prep right to make it worth painting. The limited's have the smooth painted to match stuff so it is extremly simple to prep right.

The best is to get a professional paint job on the parts you want painted, that will give the longest and best result. The rattle can way is the worst way and will not last very long and needs constant touch up's that will make it look worse after awhile then what you started with.

Uh Oh Better Get Macco!

Pro spray job is the way to go. You can usually find some of these how should I say not very licensed body shops that actually do a decent job.

Look for where the local hot rodders go for custom paint jobs. Let them be creative if you dare. Two tone maybe? Candy Apple red?
