Indeed. I like rotating 4 tires as opposed to 5. I'm just waiting for the shop or myself to get a used 245/70. Esp since these tires aren't the cheapest.

^^^ Found out how good today when I was on Rt. 7 headed back to Morgantown and some dude in a truck decided to come at me going 60 in MY LANE. I changed the drawers after that one.

I had those put on even before I purchased my KJ, well my brother had them do it as a surprise.

With proper rotate and balancing ever 6K and a very good keep up on alignment check, you will get MANY MANY MILES OUT OF THEM!!!
I got 60,000, yes, that's right 60,000 miles out of them!!!

I now have General Grabber AT 2's and freakin' love them. I went with them because they are cheaper, only $99 a tire from tirerack.com compared to the bfg's which were more expensive!

Final word = GOOD CHOICE!!! You will not be disappointed!

I regret not buying those. I will definitely purchase those next! How's the ride/comfort? Any rubbing especially on bumpy roads?

Rides good. Old tires had zero tread, so wasn't much to compare to. They rub just slightly at full lock in reverse.

What if you install spacers? Would it fix the rubbing problem and could you use spacers on a daily driver?

I run half inch spacers on my kj because of the rubbing. for some reason it worked on the passenger side, but my driver side still rubs. WTF MAN

it's worth a try though. I have 1 inch on each side.

I saw the Spidertrax spacers give 1.25" clearance. Wouldn't those work? How's the ride & handling with the spacers installed? Any difference other than getting rid of rubbing issues?

Spacers would make the rubbing worse.
