went with my family to our beach house, 1 hr driving, to SAN CARLOS, located at GOLF OF CORTES IN SONORA, MEXICO. sunday morning i took my wife and almost a year old baby to buy some starbucks kind coffee. we decide to hit some trails to test tires and lift.

here we are at TETAKAWI mountan (in spanish mean = teta de cabra, and in english means = goat teats :D ). you'll see what a mean nexts pics. there's my wife on pj's holding our baby whatching the scenic view

then we went to the beach to feel the sand and the water, here its a perfect place for scuba diving, snorkel, spear fishing. this pics were from my cel phone, and my wife at the camera.

after that, we decided to go to NACAPULE CANYON, its at the other side of SAN CARLOS, 20mi from where we were.

this is a view from outside of the canyon, great place for hiking, MTB, camping, and picnics. we didnt go inside cause the baby was sleeping. we stick to the plan to just hit trails.

i have a video of the ride, with my baby laughing out loud. in a small pass. and i repeat.....great weekend and great place.

im planing to post a complete review of the tires. but, what i experimented, tires feels great onroad min road noice. off road feels great too, on gravel they perfomed ver well, on rocks did too.

thumbs up for the DUNLOP ROVER M/T MAXX TRACTION

Wow! Time to visit that place! You say only 6hrs from Phoenix? That's how long it takes me to get to Lake Powell. I want to go to those dunes too!

Now all I need is a passport!

I would be interested in visiting your area for a couple of days of trails. Maybe you could set something up before it gets too hot. The ocean views alone would be worth the trip.

Hmmm.... LOST JEEPS Mexico Safari~2010 has a nice ring to it!! Hint.. Hint.. Maybe you could post up a thread to see if there is any interest??

¡Vaya para él!!
