Even though I managed to somehow grenade another D30a front diff, I did manage to have lots of fun right up to the point the damage happened. Got several pics and even 1 video.

What obstacle did you blow the diff on? |

Happened on the big hill climb where I'm straddling the ruts. Had a good line, then when the rear tires tried to climb the little rock ledge you see my front tires on, it bumped me sideways and fell into and high centered hard on top of the rut. The sudden stop of forward progress (no spinning tires involved) combined with hitting the front skid right where the diff was, exploded the carrier. |
