I finally got the guts to paint my spare wheel.
I think it turned out pretty good for the first go round.

That looks darn right SWEEETTT!!! Maybe I can talk wife into painting her's like that. Did you just tape around the inner lip and then paint? What color did you use? I like it! |

Awesome! Looks like a gunmetal or charcoal color. I'm getting ready to flip the ugly silver wheels out with some Charcoal rennie wheels on the dark green jeep. |

Looking good!! One suggestion... get some stud and put 2 dummy lug nuts on to get rid of the ugly holes. It's an easy mod....

i cleaned the wheels first then taped off the desired area then sprayed the wheel with 2 coats of bulldog then applied paint Boiler i just did the spare for a trial run, and no i dont rotate in my tire is different. I used duplicolor wheel paint dark grey (gunmetal) i will take pics when i get the rest of them done thanks for the compliments guys J |

thanks for the pic and yes i used green painters tape then used news paper to cover the tire. it was very easy, i think it is definatly an improvement over stock, |
