Chris wanted to see how I painted my new tail lights. Got some 05 tails and painted them with VHT Nite Shades, taped off the main light parts, sprayed 6 coats on the body of the light pulled the tape off and two more coats on everything.
Also installed the Crane diff cover I got from Joey. After buying 4 and reselling them I finally installed this one

only thing i'd suggest is to put clear coat on them... i did my motorcycle front turn signals and they are still as nice as the day i did them :) i dont like how chalky it looks without clear. i do like how you left the 2 circles un tinted! looks good!

No clear on yet, my old ones had been done for almost 5 years and never cleared them, just waxed them and they stayed looking good ( at least I thought they did)
The round parts do have two light coats on them, just to darken a bit

VHT Nite Shades is awesome. I sprayed the tails on my Thunderbird and my Eclipse, they both looked pretty slick. I also used a clear coat.

Nice.

They look really good. I wonder how they'd look on a silver kj.

There’s no end to the Reverend's modifications. I wonder what the Jeep will look like 10 years from now? Image
