Err... when everything on the vehicle except the body sheet metal is from a blazer, then it starts to belong on the FSB forum |

If ya got a perfectly good frame and running gear from an old blazer, why waste it on a Liberty.... that thing needed to be a 79 camaro |

That didn't last long did it, wasn't it just last summer he was building it? Lots of room for the rear tires to flex, guess you don't need much more mud running in a straight line though, Oh well |

I thougt it was cool looking, that's why I posted it. He gave me his facebook so now I'm going to look at the build pictures. It would be fun to drive and everyone has their own opinion. |

I'd have to downgrade it to 35's or so, get some glass back in it, get a bigger-than-3gal tank in it and what not but yeah, it could be fun, not as fun as a beatup stacked suzuki with welded diffs but whatever haha those zuki's are a riot |

just saw the pics of it on the guys facebook... looks awesome from the side but the front is aweful...the radiator is exposed and its just blah! it was a wrecked kj so they just made it into a toy... i would have just gutted it out, put a roll cage, exo, throw a v-8 init, do a sfa swap, lockers, throw some 35's on, etc etc...atleast it would still look like a libby... |

Yeah, that is where I live, about 3mile from the mud truck. That thing is tough going 200ft.down a mud track. Not being designed for anything else it would cooked in a few minutes doing trails of any sort. Driver sits in the middle about half way back, you would play hob seeing where you were headed on a trail, plus 4.10 gears+38in tires is not trail riding ratio at all. Pretty specialized vehicle. |
