Saw this jeep on campus today. Think it is a pretty close for height. Don't know where to compare for height though...headlights or fenders? Other jeep obviously has lift and bigger tires. I liked the license plate too even though I have seen bigger jeeps around here. Haha oh and the sticker on the winshield was pretty funny. Sorry about the bad cell phone picture.

I saw a jk on 35's the other day that was just about as tall as mine at the roofline. But I would be willing to bet that I could sit up under it and not hit my head. Height in the off road world is all about the ground clearance. lowest point in the center to the ground. Just my :2cents: Rock on..... Nice pics

Ground clearance is where it's at,tall roof line just means you drag more limbs, have a higher center of gravity.

i don't know what you're on about, but i've drove and owned other jeeps before. i like the jeep brand and would like to add to my collection. no need to jump the gun here. i'm new to the site but not jeeps.

Anyone can build a wrangler (jeep in a box) It takes someone really dedicated to build a liberty and deal with the issues that come up from choosing such a platform. Some are up to the challenge and some move on to easier tasks. Hang around LOST long enough and you'll see.

Don't get your panties all in a wad here. Hang around a year or two and you'll see what i mean. Stop taking stuff so personal we all have issues around here at one point or another..... Right Tom?

I was going to say something about that and how it kind of got off topic but since I haven't been here awhile I didn't want to cause any trouble. I like the website and get awesome information so I keep my mouth shut and if somebody takes over the thread I move on. It's all good. Whatever ya'll want to fight about is fine with me, it keeps me entertained!

Yeah, but its MUCH cheaper to build a wrangler.
I'll take buying a $300 front bumper over a $1200 bumper anyday.
And as of now, a $1200 bumper is the only one you can buy. :juggle:

This thread is a good occasion to trow oil on fire! But the truth is all Jeep have there propose.

You buy a KJ if you want 5000Pds towing capacity and a Diesel option(2005/2006)

You buy a TJ for greater off road potential with a big after market support.

For off roading the TJ is the best bang for the buck in the Jeep line up , for towing the KJ is the best bang for the buck in the Jeep line up end of the story....Soooo don't compare apple and orange and don't play the "I'm the best in the west" game. A KJ will never beat a TJ at is game and a TJ will never tow a 21'+camping trailer "Legaly"

I have a dream....Chrysler decide to build a nice Jeep pickup with solid axel, diesel engine and a 7500Pds tow capacity....Code name OLXP.... (Old Skull Xtreme Pickup  )

Well the Gladiator project is suppose to be on sale next Fall (2012 model) just wish they make a hit with MultiAir technology or a Fiat diesel engine...+ tow capacity of a KJ

Good catch techman! Naaaaaa My bad! I wrote WJ instead of TJ (Wrangler), everybody knows about the Gran Cherokee tow capacity but the title of this threat involve only Liberty and Wrangler and a GC is a lot more expensive then a Liby...

The GC with a 3.0 MB is the expensive luxury Jeep you wich to get a deal on...For towing with class!
