Yeah i cleaned it very well and wiped down with rubbing alcohol. I applied 3 heavy coats and it came out perfectly smooth with no lap marks. I'll update if it doesn't hold up well, but it actually feels fairly tough. I'm definitly not leaving it on forever though.
