I havent showed off my jeep in awhile. It doesnt look very pretty, especially since my spare is on and my fender is missing. But once I get money everything will be fixed. And Larry if you see this, this is why I need some of your flat fenders!! :goink: :pepper: :SOMBRERO:

KJs sure look GOOD doorless!!!
I took mine off yesterday...and will take them off for Somernite's Cruise this coming Saturday. The doors are easy to take off, but a PAIN to get back on. KJs modded (with lift kit etc etc...)are rare where I am, cause it's just not that common. I get alot of looks the way my Jeep is now, but when the doors come off...people are just dumbfounded! :ROTFL: I get a kick out of people's faces when they see my KJ doorless. I also get more thumbs up from random people on the road and more Jeep waves from the guys and gals in the Wranglers.

I have some tube doors in the works, and hope to have a set ready for ECS.

I love the looks I get from people. It just makes my day bc people look at you like youre crazy and you give the little smile and wave and go on youre way.

I hate putting my doors back on. Its such a pain to do.

Whenever you get youre tube doors done I would love to see pictures. Maybe someday if you get youres finished you could make a set for me  Id totally be interested lol

Man, I'm in the same boat! People giving me weird looks but I smile and go on!
I'm a woman and I weigh around 120lbs (5'9"...Mom says it hits about 30  )...I can take them off myself; but I CANNOT put them back on myself. If I hadn't slacked off from weight lifting, I probably could!!! :ROTFL: :-)r  Because I'm a woman, I get looks from people when I'm driving the Jeep and even MORE when the doors are off! :-)r The first Somernite's Cruise (which was the 4th Saturday in April) I took all the doors off...THAT in itself was a pain. :dizzy: With all 4 doors off, I got 100x more looks...My tube doors I cannot make myself...#1 do not have a welder #2 have no idea how to weld (probably easy though) #3 no material to do the job...I'm having the shop that works on my KJ to weld them for me (since their business says welding & auto repair+they have made some in the past) I have the design in my head and my lips are sealed!!! 8) :goink:
