new to the forum, so hello everyone  i have 2007 light khaki KJ; 44,000~ miles.     ***** 20% tint all around (except windshield) Tinted tail lights and 3rd tail (2) 10" Alpine Type-E subwoofers plasti-dipped badges plasti-dipped wheels (working out better then expected) 13" Antennax rubber antenna ...no serious mods yet since i can't afford them haha feedback?

jaarr76 wrote: nice kj. plasti-dipped wheels, how did you pull that off? i took the wheels off one by one and did the "index card trick" for painting and cleaned them really well with a wax & grease remover and then did one nice even coat of plasti-dip on each wheel and let it dry in good, warm sun for about 30 minutes before putting the wheel back on the car... after that i didn't drive it for 24 hours to ensure that i left enough drying time |
