http://s349.photobucket.com/albums/q397/ericgconnors/ thought it would be easier to just send the photo bucket link. i tore out the wheel wells to bed line with hurculiner and had to move the washer bottle. i used 3in pvc cut to 9 inches with a cup on the end then drilled the 2 holes for the sensor and pump. the other project I've been finishing up is the HID projectors mounted on the cowl with 3000k hids. bought the projectors from retrofittedhids.com for 50 bucks. and already had the ddm kit sitting around. the pictures should some that up

I like your lights up on the cowl. I have mine there too. How did you mount the bolt? Any large washers? I just drilled and mounted the lights there temporarily. And by temporarily I mean three years, lol. They held up a long time, especially through tree branches on trails, trying to clean the snow off and knocking into them, and those automatic car washes. I had looked (and meant to mount them differently) but never got a chance to. Finally, Last month in the cold I went through an automatic car wash, and it finally took one off. I'll mount it again with some large washers and some rubber to isolate vibration. I also want to get some sort of quick release maybe to just take off the light when I don't need it, like the said car washes. Oh, and I like your washer bottle, I still have to move mine. I kept smashing it on the trails. lol. ![]() |
