The Hilly Hills of Bakersfield (The Killing of a Car!)

I am in love! Bakersfield has endless hills where 4x4s, quads, and 2-wheelers have free reign all across the landscape. It has so many fun hill climbs, lots of mud, and tons of dry creek beds and ravines to articulate through. Not many rocks but an occasional wrecked car to pose on. I have some pretty and sweet pics here for y'all. I have only lived here for 6 months and I have found the place I want to live for the rest of my life! How sweet it is!

That mud covered KJ is in fact mine...hard to tell I know. It had probably about 1/4" of sticky mud...the worst kind to clean off...on the whole entire Jeep. I'm talking undercarriage, bumper, roof rack, everything!

That car was just abandoned so me and my buds thought, why not make good use of the abandoned car. After I got the strap out and dragged that sensored word all over hell, we brought it back and did some posing! Killer rear flex, crappy front flex...stupid IFS...my buddies gave me a hard time for that part...oooo look at the little Jeep with the IFS! I'm scared! Screw em :twisted:

Oh dear god! You found my car! It was stolen by the mafia along with.........(that's a secret) 10 years ago.

Driving over it might help destroy evidence. Thanks.

So why not just clean teh windows and lights off and leave the mud covering everything else for that 'southwest adobe' look

Way back there was a guy here in Albuquerque who actually stuccoed his truck :shock:

He painted it coral pink with turquoise accents and had a bunch of small ceramic tiles down the sides for 'pinstriping'. If I could find a picture of it I'd post it.

Actually if you look closely, you can see that the "Jeep" emblem on the hood is shiny and clean...thats because I spit on it and wiped it clean to give it that fresh off the lot feel :wink:

I felt very much like a Larry the Cable Guy-ish moment. One of my buds yelled out "Git er done" when he saw me do that...gotta love Jeeps!
