Here are a few pics of my KJ. I took a little off road trip today on my lunch break in one of our training areas here at Ft. Bragg.

Nice pics. What length cross bars are those on your rack? I'm looking at doing a similar set up for my basket.

I have heard Bragg was loaded with good offroad spots...Somebody was telling me that they open up the landing areas for airborne jumps to offroading when not in use...I can honestly say I am jealous...

I went with the 58" bars, the 48 fit too but I wanted the extra length.

Yes I went up and over. The hill is a hump its not flat up top. The backside is just as steep as the front. I put the camera on a tripod and used a timer to take the pics because I was alone.

see.. where were u guys when i was in fayettenam?

nice pics.. i grew up in nam.. most of my life long friends were in SF or Delta.. we used to go on base all the time. and take trax areas and go thru the creeks and stuff.. i remember long time ago my brother had a 4x4 truck and we went in with my cousins.. well ended up getting stuck in creek and i had to crawl thru the truck back window to get out.. water was coming in thru both door seals.. lol.. man.. that was 15 yrs ago.. its changed a lot now.. they started limiting access.. especially now since 9-11.. last time i was in nam was around thanksgiving and they are still building the fences around the base.. much has changed.. :( i used to go thru base and come out on grueber to goto spring lake.. used to goto phantasy central all the time..ses is a friend of mine.. so if your into comics or anime.. check his store out..

I failed to mention that I got my 1st flat tire while off roading durring my lunch break. Some mud got inbetween the rim and tire and cause it. Today I bought new tires. I got BFGoodwrench AT KO 235/70/16. I wanted 245 but they didnt have them anywhere in town and Im moving to California in a few days. I cant wait to test the new tires off road.

Thats too bad. There is some flyboy at Pope that is a LOST member.

As much as I hated Fayetteville I love Bragg. Best post in the Army as far as I'm concerned. As of right now I'm trying to get my next duty assignment changed to DIVARTY....ALL THE WAY!!!
