my dad has forteras on his ML350 and they are a great tire but wouldn't perform well offroad but if you don't do that anyway i think it's worth the extra 10 bucks per tire for the forteras. just my .02

Of the tires you listed - I would get the Geolander's... It's more of a tire that will suit your driving needs (from the sound of it) and still retain the capability to go everywhere when you ask them to. The Fortera's are pretty nice looking tires but I bet they would do better on a RAV4, CR-V or an Escape [not that I have anything against those car based SUV's]

Going from a stock tire to the A/T style tire will change the driving dynamics of your Liberty a little too so be ready if you weren't already. The A/T style tires are built stronger, so the steering will be a little heavier. The ride will be a little rougher and there is always a chance for increased road noise.

I tend to make quick maneuvers, would there be problem with that? I am ready for the increased road noise and rougher ride, but I am not sure what do you mean by heavier steering? Is it just difficult to turn or steering response is compromised?

Just takes a little more arm strength to move the wheel because of the added weight. It doesn't effect the steering or pointability of the Jeep. It'll just feel a little different when you drive it for the first 500 miles.

I did a quick comparison:

Top portion is yokohama, and bottom three are wrangler HP (stock 17"s)

I have also noticed some places list yokos as AA where others list it as AB, not a huge difference..
As for the weight, no idea why tirerack listed three wranglers, but it looks like there isn't much weight difference, although a bit heavier.
