I think the first thing you need to do is figure out where you are rubbing exactly... Take a look up front and inside your wheel well. I you are rubbing you will see it. Look for spots that have been rubbed clean or a fine layer of rubber on the wheel well liner, sway bar, or your bumper. Once you see where your rubbing, then you can figure out how to fix it.
