I'm new here so let me introduce myself. Im from scranton and own a 02 liberty limited with 16 k on her.......Neways, I had the inevitible on the stock tires tonight, a spin out in the rain....So its time to upgrade...Im completely stock.....ok so i was deciding either between the Pirelli Scorpion At's in 245/70/R16 or the General Grabbers AT2 in either the stock 235/70/R16 or 245/70/R16....Which you and what size would you reccomend???I do a lot of snow driving, and will be starting the off roading soon....I would also like little to no rubbing too...Thanks in advance

Most of the folks on here will tell you other wise but I would not run any thing in an AT but the BFG at
other wise I would go MT what ever size will fit with NO rubbing
some where in this section there should be a compairison but I know for a fact that a 225/75R16 is ony .3" shorter and .7" narrower than a 30X9.5R15
not any where close to enough size to worry
I would go that route and get a BFG MT


But then again ther is always super swamper but the wet weather traction is not that good

Thank you for your advice. I'e heard good things about the General Grabbers AT2....I see on the BFGodrich webstie they make the AT in LT235/70/R16 and LT245/70/R16. And difference than lets say a General Grabber AT2 in size P235/70/R16..................................Also what are the prices on the AT by Bfgoodrich?

IMO the BFG is a better tire it cost more but you get what you pay for
as foar as price lookat at tire rack or discount tire if there is a sams club or maby even walmart close to you check with them most times there price including M&B will be less than the tires shipped and you still need to pay M&B

I agree with jason thompson.. You can't go wrong with the BFG AT KO's.... Triple walled construction.. They seemed to last forever as long as you rotate them.. Like any set of tires...

Ok, What are some of the prices yo payed for the BfGoodrichs, and what sizes are you running?

BFG MT 30x9.5 15" $115/tore mounted and balanced at Sam's Club. They are awesome tires.

245/75/16 BFG mud-terrain $145 a tire plus install which is 11 dollars each at discount tire. Tirerack is a bit expensive on this size they sell it for 156 plus S&H.
