ok i'm finally lifted and still runnin my stock 17"x7" wheels and tires. my libby looks kinda silly with the stock tires and 17" chrome wheels. can i run 16's" on my limited or do i have to stay with 17's"? also- any good suggestions on aftermarket 16" wheels ? or any place to get the factory 16" other than ordering through Jeep? |

check jparts.com they are cheaper then most places and free shipping if your over a certain amount....and yes you can run 16's as long as they have the same lug pattern you do... As for aftermarket wheels...I'm running American Eagle Wheels Series 136...16x8" with 4.5" backspace (I believe, I can never remember, but i think that is right) |

go 16 as it has better tire options and more ideal for off roading... ie airing down MOAB are ideal... |

MOAB are ideal... i went with the Cragar 397 series 16x8 black wheels and the Firestone Destination M/T 245/75R16 C. i'm getting them put on this coming weekend but i have to get these on soon...tired of riding on the stock wheels..it looks silly with my Frankenlift!... i'll be ready for the next run though!! i'll post before and after pics next week! |
