ok so i'm still trying to fix my alignment issues..but now my tire pressure monitor keeps goin off.
does anyone know how to set the system to read air tire pressure for the new tires. my stocks
were 33psi and my M/T's are 50psi. i know it's there's like an electronic sensor that reads the tire pressure
but how do i adust it ? :roll: :?

I think that's 50psi MAX. I would not recomend running them at that pressure. I run mine at 30-32psi for the street. 50psi is way to high for a Jeep that only weighs 4200lbs, that's more for a 3/4 or 1 ton truck.

Best way is to chalk the tires tread & drive on smooth flat road, adjust air till you get even contact all the way across the tread. Keep in mind that about 25-28psi is the min for highway use.

When I changed tires my TPMS light came on. After about 1 mile of driving the system reset itself.

hmm.. i've driven a lot more than a mile and mine still comes on.

do you know if there is a manual way to reset them?

i went from my stock tires to a lot bigger M/T's.

It is set for the psi that is stamped in the door along side the tire size and weight chart
the psi stamped on the tires is the psi you should run if you are carring a max load
I would bet that you have a tire that is rated to carry about 2000-2500# each that means that all 4 tires at 50 psi can carry 8,000-10,000 wich is far beyond what your Kj will ever weigh even on its best day

simple answer
let some air out
your butt and your rig will thank you
