on what rig?
lifted or stock?

I know that with black steelies and the rustys spring lift 30X9.5 BFG MT's rub like crazy
I also know that on OE wheels with no lift and saggy spring that a 225/75 R16 fits no rub at all ever
225/75 R16 = 29.5 od and I forget how wide just 1 min.

ok got it they are 8.9 wide

235/75 was my stock tire size...I never had an issue. Your stock BS is probably around 5.5" so 4.75" is gonna look much more aggressive and help keep your tires from rubbing on the swaybar if you decide to go with the 30x9.5". I'd go with the bigger tires and wait to offroad till you get a lift (otherwise expect major rubbing when flexed). If you don't plan on lifting it, go with the 235/75s.
