I've read almost all of the posts over the last few days and there's tons of info to process. Can I get some people's feedback, yes or no, if BFG 245/70/16's will fit my 05 CRD, no lift with no rubbing or problems? Thanks!

Yes, they will fit! I ran 235/75/16 Goodyear wrangler silent armors on my Rene before she was lifted and i had NO rubbing! Yet it wil vary slightly form KJ to KJ. Also the 235/75/16 are a bit taller then the 245/70's that your looking at!So you should be fine!

I have 245/70/16 Firestone Destination ATs on my '05 CRD with stock suspension and they are totally fine. Not even close to rubbing. I can't imagine that the BFGs would be all that much different. Go for it. :D
