I know someplace I saw how and where (photos, step by step, etc.) to do the cutting so your tires don't rub. I've also since been reading that heating up the plastic and pushing it back can have the same effect.

I've come up empty on my searches to find it again though. Does anyone have a handy link to a tutorial/photos for any of this?

This seems oft-discussed and certainly I've read some descriptions on how to do this--seeing it visually would be nice before I get going on it though.

Thanks!

The wheel well behind the front tire - there's a plastic liner sticking out - underneath the liner is a seam where 2 body panels are welded - you need to bend it, not cut it off - it holds body panels together.

Oh wow--thanks for the info. It *looks* like my rubbing is all in front of the tire though. Isn't there some cutting done in front as well?
