Got one after the lift, do I need one after going from 225/75/16 to 255/70/16?

You shouldn't,any funny wear on the old tires? If so then yes you might need one, although it might not be a bad idea anyway if it has been a long time(lift may have settled a little to).

Exactly what I have been thinking. I have less than 1K on the OME HD's but I can tell she has settled a bit. Firestone could not get the camber right as there was not enough adjustment. I have not noticed horrible wear on the front, but it has only been ~1K miles. Might put them on, hammer on the suspension for a while longer, rotate freaquenlty, and get an alignment down the road some time. I pretty much have to go with grabbers. BFG makes me mad (price), I cant justify MT's on a DD, I want 255/70's which are somewhat rare, not to mention Walmart will maount and balance all 5 for $600.
