So I know this has probably been answered more than once, but I wanted to make sure before I bought them. I was going to buy 16x7 soft 8's with a 5" BS on some BFG's 235/70/16 on a unlifted 03 KJ. Also I wanted to know what the rubbing would be like if any and if I should go with a different Backspacing and tire size since I am unlifted for now. Thanks for any advice on different tire and wheel sizing. |

You should be good to go,though you might want to recheck the BS of those rims to be sure, even if they are 4" BS you should have very little rubbing that can be fixed real easy.

Hey tjkj do you know if moabs will fit a unlifted kj with a different tire other than the mtr's that come on them or is there going to be major rubbing? Thanks |

Wouldn't you be stretching the 235's a bit on an 8" wide rim? I know it's do-able but not sure if it's ideal. I guess it depends where you want to take it. From what I have seen, staying under 30" diameter you will be safe. The only problem you'd need to worry about if you stay under 30" is the front's rubbing on full lock when you start spacing the tyres in/out. |

Yah i think a 235 would be too small, I was thinking to go to a 245/70/16 instead of the 235. |
