I currently have 225/75/16 on a Stock lift.
Frankenlift II is on order. I want to know what is the max size tire I can slap on my stock sport rim?

A lot of people run 245-75 X16 on stock rims with no problems

The 245/75/16's would need the pinch weld done and a lift (which you already have sorted out).

245 is the best size IMO for lift + pinch weld + stock rims.

I have 255/70/16 on stock rims. 30.1x10.2 They are close for width, real close. Longer UCAs should give me a bit more though. No pinch weld pounding for me, not even close. They rub sway bar, but it doesnt matter, just dont turn full tilt. Stock 225/75s rubbed on the sway bar after the lift, lift brings everything in a bit. Thye also rub on the drivers side on the unibody pinch weld behind the wheel well at full lock. I think I can bend it over and eliminate it.

I like tires, 255 looks really good. They are a little lighter than 245/75 also. I would sugest using a shop that will let you check for clearance as they go if you go with the 255s. They are tight, but no regrets yet.

that is all i have got...

I plan on getting new sneakers for the KJ maybe after winter.
I guess if I keep the 225/75/16 BFG's at ko's I should be good to go with out too much rubbing at full tilt and full stuff?

We had no rub with 225/75's with an OME lift and OE wheels
we got the same rub as every one else with 245/75's on the OE wheels
pinch and fog lamps ,'03 KJ, and inner fenders on the rear at very full stuff
all of wich can be fixed
we still get some slight rub when going back and full lock but it is on the plastic fender liner so it will go away
I say go 245/75

Those will look small with the Frankie. You should go to something in the 31-32" range. 245/75 is popular, but don't forget the 235/85... Also, make sure you do a fitment test before you take you new shoes home :) Have the pinch weld pounded and the other trimming done as best you can, so you can make sure you are getting what you want in the end. When I picked up my 235/85's, I had the pinch weld done, but had to take my camp saw to the lower air dam to be able to turn the wheels.... (I did like the extra 1.5" of lift the tires gave  )
