Well today in good ol' Pennsylvania we received a gracious amount of 9 inches of snow. So after digging myself out, I thought it was time to go have some fun with the new Grabbers.
Pros:
Next to impossible to spin the Jeep in deep, unplowed snow
Amazing handling around curvy snow covered roads
No problems climbing the steepest unplowed hill I could Find
Nothing beats driving around in open parking lots

Cons:
A bit slick on compacted snow, but manageable

Scale of 1-10:
I rate 10.

All I need to say is that these tires are amazing, and I when these tires go, I plan on getting myself another pair of Grabbers!

I just drove on my Grabber 245/70'r16's in the snow for the first time (Gloucester Mass.) I tried to spin them several times by stopping on snow covered hills and accelerating hard uphill. They grabbed right away. Other cars and trucks were spinning all over the place.

I have to agree with the first post in this thread. They are great in snow!

Same here in Green Bay. You gotta want to spin them because they just want to keep Grabbing.

yup 255/70 grabbers on the heavy arse CRD works really well. So far these are a perfect tire for me... Price was right, they look good, last long (60K warranty), perform excellent ( fine on road too, I mean it is a Jeep, plus I like a little humm..)

anyhow, I am a fan.
