Anyone with this setup? Would you measure the distance between the center of the hub to the bottom of the flare? Just like to get an idea if they will fit without rubbing. I've got basicly 20 inches from center of wheel to bottom of the flare right now. I'm running well worn 245/75 MTR's that, when new, are 30.6", 235/85's would be 32". basically an inch more radius over my worn tires.

I'm running LT235/85R16 Goodyear MTR's (32" dia.) and have 22 1/2" from center of stock wheel to bottom of fender flare. I also have 5mm wheel spacers on.

Looks like the axle center is a bit below the step bars. What lift do you have? Do you wheel it much? Any rubbing

Never mind, just looked at your signature.

Anyone with a 2" lift tried this tire size? I hate being the first one :D

I found an old thread where Moose had this size tire with a frankie on a gasser. Anyone with a frankie willing to post thier measurements?

Just an FYI, I shimmed my foglights forward and moved the front wheel liner about 1"+ forward, and of course eliminated the pinch weld. In the rear I trimmed the plastic off the door to give me about 1/2 to 3/4". I cut about 2" off the air dam on each side in the front the tire hit there also and trimmed some of the inside of the liner.

Joe Jeeper,

You trimed the door plastic so the rear tires would clear? Do you have the stock lower control arms?

Yes and the tire fits exactly even front to back, with the plastic cut that is.
(I know I shoulda had adjustable.) Actually did that before the 4" lift I had the 32's on with the 2" lift and tried to make them work.
