Hey guys i was looking to see what the biggest size of the BF Goodrich mud terrian tires i could go with on a 2004 stock suspension rennny. I would perfer little to no rub when the wheels are cranked out all the way

245/70R16 is the biggest on a lowered KJ suspension with the factory rims.

remember though that the MT's have a squared profile, so even if MOST tires don't rub in that size, the more aggressive treads that don't fade off towards the edges are a little more likely to rub at full lock and when articulating. Out of curiosity, what kind of driving are you planning on doing that requires MTs and NOT a lift?

:lol: This reminds me of something that happened yesterday.
I was walking across a parking lot and heard a sound like "drrr drrr drrrrrr drrr drr."
I looked and it was a non-lifted KJ (03/04) with 245/75 M/Ts on it, trying to get out of a parking space. The tires were just about rattling the front fenders right off...
I thought, maybe she's planning to lift it soon....... :D

yea i went to my dads campanie's tore guy and he said the one i have are fine for what i need to do the only other thing he suggested from what i have (Bridgestone Dueler A/T REVOs) were the bf goodrich all terrains...about the lift my parents are being lame about because of the warrenty with Carmax and the think it will void it but idk..

Blah, I cruised like that for a couple months. Didn't hurt nothin:) made a lotta noise though

yea the only reason i was wondering was for a winter tire for the snow bu i think the duler revos will be fine
