i dont want to keeping pushing this subject, but I've been reading alot about these general grabbers at2's and i think i am going to buy them. i have been deciding as to what size i should go with. i have a stock 2003 liberty with 235/70/16. should i go with that size or should i go with 225/75SR16?

i just dont know which one would fit better. i have no lift and i dont do alot of off roading, just the mudding. but i want to do more :D

thanks for your help

225-75X16 is 29.4 inches where the 235-70X16 is 29.1 so not much difference or the 245-70X16 is 29.6 , so I would go with a taller one even if itis only a 1/2 inch or so would just look better

I love mine... 245/70r16. They are great in ice and snow and better on dry roads than my stock Wrangler ST's.

30.5" and will not fit without a lift and trimming and pounding the pinch weld. you can go up to 30" unlifted, but still might get rub.

thought about MT-- -but i dont want to get them i do roughly 60-75miles a day. MT will wear out TOOOOO quickly. isn't worth the time and money for me. that is why i wanted an AT tire.

that is not as true as people think
now yes an AT may get 40-50K and an MT may get 35-45K
it really does not matter both are useless off road after ~30K any how

I have ~15K on my LTB's probably going to replace them @20-25K
not that they will be bare stupid but I like traction

For me it is true. i do about 30-45k a year.... dont want a new set of tires every year and a half. i just want a good at tire that would be decent enough to go on the trails. that is all. mt tires for me is not hat i rreally want.does anyoen have anopther suggestion for a decent AT tire that is decent in every category?

thanks

Mrneen, I have Grabbers and love them, that being said you may want to look at BFG TA KOs, or Bridgestone Dueler AT Revos.
